How do I pay for my trip?

We offer two ways to pay for a trip.  You can enroll in an Automatic Payment Plan using a checking or savings account. You'll extend your final payment deadline by using an Automatic Payment Plan plus- no dates or deadlines to remember when you set this up!

If you choose a Manual Payment Plan, we accept payments from a Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfers via your MyAccount. This is the fastest and easiest way to make a payment.

What are your payment plans?

We offer two types of payment plans:

Automatic Payment Plan
Benefits of the Automatic Payment Plan include more time to pay, no deadlines to remember and flexible payment options to match family’s needs.

Manual Payments: 
You'll make an initial payment of $200 upon registration.
  • An additional $300 is due 180 days prior to departure. If you register within 180 days of departure, your initial payment then becomes $500
  • Participants who have not paid $500 by the 180-day mark will be assessed a $50 Deposit Late Fee and will be subject to cancellation
  • Full payment of the remaining balance is due 130 days prior to departure.
  • Participants who have not paid in full by the 130 day mark will be assessed a $200 Full Payment Late Fee.  
  • If you are not paid in full by 90 days prior to departure, your reservation will be cancelled as airlines and hotels cannot continue to reserve space.

Is there a benefit to signing up for the Automatic Payment Plan?

Yes! Not only do you have more time to pay, no deadlines to remember and flexible payment options to match your family’s needs, 2025 travelers will also receive a $50 discount (does not apply for US/Canada tours). Learn more.

When is my next payment due?

If you have an automatic payment plan set up when you log into My Account and look under Account Overview it will show when the next withdrawal is scheduled.  If you are on a manual payment plan, the next due date you have will be listed in this same spot under Account Overview. If your group is paying us through your organization, please contact them for any payment schedule information

What happens if I miss my payment deadline?

If you are on a manual payment plan there are two payment deadlines you need to meet. At 180 days prior to departure we ask that you have $500 on your account.   The final payment will be due 130 days prior to departure. Any accounts not paid in full by 90 days prior to departure will be cancelled as airlines and hotels cannot continue to hold space. If you miss either deadline a late fee may apply. If you need to extend your payment deadline we recommend considering an Automatic payment plan that allows you to have more time to pay. You must enroll into Automatic Payments at  minimum 101 days prior to departure.


How can I use a Travel Voucher?

Travel vouchers give you a chance to springboard toward future travel with us or our parent company AIFS. You can use the voucher on any ACIS or Encore Performance Tours program outside of the USA and Canada. Vouchers can also be used on college-level programs, namely AIFS’ College Study Abroad and Global Experience’s International internship programs. Study abroad programs are offered in 22 countries, with short-term, semester and academic year options. Internships are available in 13 different locations and cover career fields ranging from business to non-profit to technical fields. Our vouchers are fully transferable, meaning you can sell them to a friend who is interested in any of these programs too. Each new traveler can only use one voucher to pay for part of their trip and vouchers need to be redeemed for travel starting within two years of their issue date.

How do I redeem a Travel Voucher?

To redeem a voucher with your name or the name of another traveler who you wish to transfer the voucher to, simply send an email from the email address associated with the account to Ask@acis.com and indicate how the voucher should be applied. Be sure to include the voucher ID and the full name and Account ID of the traveler it should be applied to. If you’d prefer, you can also scan and email the completed voucher to Ask@acis.com
